Slug Chug
Slug Chug is Polyopâs âfirstyâ - a debut submission at a demoscene party - a meet-up where people compete and share their programming, music and visual works.
This 99BPM Acid Chugger accompanies a realtime WebGPU trip, with the âNudibranchâ sea slug mascot going through procedural transformations deep in an alien ocean.
The demo was first shown in Berlin at Deadline 2025, and was created with an alpha version of their audio-visual software, Hedron, which is open source on GitHub.

Elektrop
A frenetic acid-electro track, heard in various forms in their live shows over the years, finally finds itself in a crystallised state. After 10 years of working together, this is the first release to come alongside a full-length music video.
A diorama-style look at the advanced space colony of Junkers, the video is created with Polyop's custom visual software, Hedron.

Do I Really Give a Fuck, I'm Just a Square Wave
Recently, Polyopâs visual artist Alex Kempton was clearing out his Dadâs attic, only to find an old oscilloscope which hadnât been turned on since 1978. After dusting off and powering up the device, a square wave appeared on the screen. Appearing to be sentient, the square wave claimed that it had been trapped inside the machine, but also that it âdidnât really give a fuckâ, because itâs âjust a square waveâ.
Alex powered the machine back down returning it to the attic where it belongs, but not before capturing the strange waveform on tape.
For the title track, Polyop transformed the recording and turned it into a punchy bubblegum-acid-breaks number. Hear the classic God Break combined with some wiggly Juno-60 filter-work to make your body pulse.

Leapwerm
POLYOP have achieved the impossible, enabling you to fully experience what itâs like to become a self perpetuating inter-dimensional worm with a new Instagram augmented reality filter, and acid-electro track LeapWerm.
Sadly, the Instagram filter is no longer live (RIP), but you can still watch a video of how it felt to be a worm.

Stigmergy
Inspired by the pheromone traces ants leave behind to co-ordinate their movements, Polyop start the first trace, a percussion heavy acid track, which is reinforced by remixers Ratomagoson, Macaulay Sulkin and the RRC.
